    • Led end-to-end UX for core areas of the product, including login and sign-up flows, account settings, and additional feature pages.

    • Defined page layouts and overall layout structure so new features could slot into a consistent, scalable system.

    • Simplified complex auditor and accountant workflows to streamline how work moves through the product, organize information clearly, and align everything with the design system.

  • Design Engineering.

    • Partnered with back-end engineers to shape how features were implemented, including permissions such as who can do what and admin-only actions.

    • Used tools like Codex, Cursor, and Claude code to translate dynamic Figma frames into a fully implemented static front-end application for new pages and features.

    • Refined components and interaction patterns as they were built, balancing UX quality with performance and technical constraints.

  • Customer Success.

    • Joined and led calls with 20+ clients to understand their workflows, gather feedback, and identify where the product felt confusing or blocked adoption.

    • Translated client feedback into concrete product and UX changes that better matched real audit and accounting processes.

    • Developed onboarding courses end-to-end—from scripting through video editing—including a CPE-accredited course that reduced churn risk and improved client satisfaction and product understanding.

    • Collaborated with founders, PMs, engineers, and client-facing teams to align design decisions with business goals, technical realities, and compliance needs.

    • Combined insights from client calls, in-product behavior, and internal feedback to identify friction in critical workflows and prioritize design changes.

    • Designed and shipped improvements to flows, layouts, and permissions that reduced confusion, increased completion of critical tasks, and supported higher adoption of key features by approximately X%.
